Workshop 02: Blockchain Technical Basics – University of Kelaniya

The second session of the workshop series, hosted by CoinCeylon x Intersect Sri Lanka Hub in collaboration with the Data Science and Artificial Intelligence Centre at the University of Kelaniya, successfully deepened students' understanding of blockchain technology. With a focus on UTXO and eUTXO models, cryptographic hashing, and wallet fundamentals, the session introduced students to decentralized tools through a hands-on demo using the Lace Wallet. This workshop served as a technical foundation, preparing participants for more advanced sessions in the series on building blockchain applications and smart contracts.
