Vacancy – Management Assistant (On Contract Basis)

Candidates who wish to apply for Management Assistant - IICfCT position should possess the following qualifications:
• A Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Engineering, Science, Management, Technology or ICT.
• Age should be below 35 years on the date of the application
• Preferred to have experiences with secretarial support (preparing letters, presentations, reports, meeting minutes) and administrative support (organizing meeting, appointments, coordinating with internal and external stakeholders)
• Working experience in the use of office software packages, virtual communication tools, statistical and spreadsheet packages and emails.
• Strong IT fluency, including website development and maintenance will be added advantage
• Hardworking, energetic individual having strong communication, negotiating skills, and good interpersonal relations with pleasing personality
• High level of proficiency in written and spoken English
• Creative talents and the ability to solve challenging problems
• In-depth knowledge of the industry and its current events
• Previous experiences in similar assignments will be added advantage
• Ability to work under pressure, a high degree of personal discipline, honesty and integrity are must.
Contract Duration:
Initially, the Management Assistant will be appointed for a period of twelve months and the contract period will be extended upon the performance.
Allowance:
A fixed allowance will be Rs. 50,000.00 per month
Plus Performance based allowance
