Abstracts submitted to the conference undergo a desk rejection process to filter out unsuitable submissions based on several criteria. Abstract will be desk rejected if they are out of scope, have high similarity scores (>30%) indicating potential plagiarism issues, are incomplete with missing required elements, are in an inappropriate format like a exceeding one page, or have poor language quality hindering comprehension.
All the abstracts will go through a peer review process, and all submitted abstracts will be subjected to a rigorous peer review process by at least two reviewers who are experts in the particular field. The Chief Editor will take the final decision of the abstracts. Acceptance or rejections of the abstracts will be sent to you with reviewer comments. If a revision is required, the revised manuscript must be sent back within a week. If your abstracts is accepted, you will be invited to register for the International Faculty of Computing and Technology Student Research Symposium (FCTSRS) 2025.
