Zero Polythene – Awareness Flyer Series

Trees for Tomorrow - 2023

The "Zero Polythene" Flyer Series was a creative and educational campaign launched by the Green Club to spread awareness about the dangers of polythene usage and encourage eco-friendly habits within the university community.
Flyers were designed with eye-catching visuals and short, impactful messages to educate, inspire, and motivate students and staff to say no to polythene.

Organized by: Green Club – Faculty of Computing and Technology
Objective: Raise awareness about the harmful effects of polythene and promote sustainable alternatives


Key Focus Areas:


  • Environmental harm caused by polythene

  • Sustainable alternatives (cloth bags, biodegradable wraps, etc.)

  • Importance of reducing single-use plastics

  • Tips for adopting plastic-free lifestyles

  • Encourages daily behavior change toward sustainability

  • Supports university-wide green initiatives

  • Builds a strong foundation for a zero-waste future


Through this flyer series, the Green Club sparked a much-needed conversation on responsible consumption and the power of informed choices.
