Dr. (Ms.) A. M. Welhenge - Department of Computer Systems Engineering received the award for being the Outstanding Researcher in the Faculty of Computing and Technology.

Dr. Anuradhi Welhenge is a Senior Lecturer (Gr II) at the Department of Computer Systems Engineering, Faculty of Computing and Technology. She obtained her BSc in Engineering degree from the Asian Institute of Technology, Thailand in Electronics Engineering, her Master of Biomedical Engineering from the University of New South Wales, Australia, and a Doctorate in Engineering from the Asian Institute of Technology, Thailand in Telecommunications. She joined the faculty in 2020.

Dr. Anuradhi has won several senate awards for her publications in indexed journals. And her most recent publications appeared in Sustainability, Journal of Biomimetics, Biomaterials and Biomedical Engineering, and Journal of Discrete Mathematical Sciences and Cryptography. Dr. Anuradhi is a reviewer for ECTI Transactions on Computer and Information Technology. She also has authored a book in the field of the Internet of Things by a local reputed publisher.
