Vacancy – Industry Liaison Officer (On Contract Basis)

Candidates who wish to apply for Industry Liaison Officer - IICfCT position should possess the following qualifications:
• At least Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Engineering, Computing or a relevant field from an internationally recognized institute.
• At least 10 years of experience working in industry
• Sound understanding of the requirements for the efficient and functional University- Industry partnership
• Excellent communication, both oral and written in English with strong IT skills.
• Creative talents and the ability to solve challenging problems
• In-depth knowledge of the industry and its current events
• Ability to coordinate and facilitate implementation of several university-industry interaction endeavors with complex and diverse activities
• Capability to work independently and excise discretion in dealing with confidential information
• Hardworking, energetic individual having strong negotiating skills, and good interpersonal relations with pleasing personality
• Ability to work under pressure, a high degree of personal discipline, honesty and integrity are must.
• Previous experiences in similar assignments are preferable
Contract Duration:
Initially, the Industry Liaison Officer will be appointed for a period of twelve months and the contract period will be extended upon the performance.
Allowance:
A fixed allowance will be 125,000/p.m. With PhD degree or 100,000/ p.m. With MPhil/Master’s Degree (2 years), or 80,000/ p.m. with Master’s Degree (1 year) or 50,000/ p.m. with Bachelor’s Degree.
Plus a Performance based allowance
